MT7641D is a controller for removing LED 100/120Hz current ripple. Through the internal low-pass filter, the chip removes low frequency current ripple and LED flicker.

MT7641D integrates startup circuit to shorten the time of reaching a stable state. Multiple MT7641D are connected in parallel to realize a higher output current.

MT7641D supports SOT23-3 and SOT89-3 packages, which is especially suitable for small size lamps.
